Here are the steps I will have you take for now to get events submitted, but note the format may change in the future.
1. Receive email from Ashley or Kristin regarding which weddings to submit along with each event’s corresponding vendor lists (if available).
2. Receive separate email from from Pixieset with access to downloads for favorite photo lists.
3. Download "favorites" photos from event.
4. Login to two bright lights.com.
5. Begin a new album.
6. Upload information for each album event (vendor lists, design aesthetics, pertinent notes, etc.) and photos. If no vendor list available or there are very few vendors, please send a Client Questionnaire to client to fill out using the “Client Questionnaire” within Two Bright Lights. Please kindly give clients a deadline of 1 week from email date to complete questionnaire.
7. Once album details are complete submit the shoot or event for publication. Style Me Pretty is the publication of choice, but every so often we will switch it up. It will denote in email what events to submit where.
8. Publicatiosn will either approve or deny and will send notification within Two Bright Lights. If denied, re-submit event to another publication. Keep trying until published! However, keep in mind to submit to blogs or magazines that are a good fit for the look and aesthetic of the wedding -- this may take little research.
